Masterclass: How to Feel Happier—Even If You’re Losing Faith in Humankind
Loneliness isn’t just personal — it’s a shared experience. In a world that feels more disconnected, cynical, and overwhelming by the day, it’s easy to lose faith in others.
But what if the way we see people is part of the problem?
The 2025 World Happiness Report reveals something surprising: small, everyday interactions — a quick chat with a neighbor, a kind word to a stranger, a glance of understanding — can have a bigger impact on our happiness than we think. Turns out, people are kinder than we realize, and noticing these moments can make life feel lighter — for you and those around you.
In this free, 60-minute masterclass, we’ll explore:
Why we’ve grown more cautious and skeptical — and how this quietly shapes your relationships and well-being.
The surprising power of tiny moments — how small, unexpected interactions shift how we feel about ourselves, each other, and the world
Simple ways to “build your village”— where you are, with what you have — in your neighborhood, workplace, and daily life.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a space to reflect, unlearn, and reimagine how you show up in everyday life. If you’ve ever felt the tension between craving deeper connection and feeling overwhelmed by people, this is for you.

Who’s inviting?
Me! Hiii, I’m Monika — a writer and community builder deeply curious about one question: What does it really take to feel connected on a deeper level?
I’ve helped build a 50K-strong global community at the House of Beautiful Business, working with brands like Google, Salesforce, and Porsche. But the truth is, I’ve learned the most about connection by living it — and through moments of loneliness too. From intentional communities across Europe to movement practices, from testing so-called anti-loneliness apps to hosting workshops, dinners, and retreats in cities like Berlin, Lisbon, Bucharest, Hoi An, and beyond — I’ve been exploring what makes us feel connected and what holds us back.
My approach blends scientific insights, philosophy, and psychology with movement, mindfulness, and creative practices, weaving together insights from Eastern and Western traditions. It’s not just about personal growth — it’s about shifting how we connect with the people and communities we care about.
I created The Oneliness Project because I believe loneliness isn’t a problem to fix — it’s a profound, shared experience that can become a catalyst for reconnection. This is a space to reflect, unlearn, and reimagine belonging— not just for ourselves but for those we hope to impact.
Let’s explore it together! 💛
With love, from Vietnam,
Monika
