• ​Shelley Golan is a Senior Director of Relatinship Management at Mercury with deep industry knowledge in FinTech, AgTech & ClimateTech. As a bi-coastal serial founder, startup ecosystem builder and advisor, she manages a portfolio of high-growth startups; advising them on venture debt and asset management; as well as connecting them to resources beyond banking.

• ​David Rusenko was previously the founder & CEO of Weebly, which he grew to 350 people and a $365M acquisition by Square, where he went on to run global eCommerce. He is on the board of Building Decarb Coalition and an advisor to Climate Changemakers and has over a decade of experience investing in and advising startups. He has spoken extensively on product-market fit, and written about the climate tech landscape and idea space. He was born in France and grew up in Morocco.

• ​Jared Hecht is a Venture Partner at Union Square Ventures. Prior to joining USV, he was the founder of Fundera (acquired by Nerdwallet) and GroupMe (acquired by Skype/MSFT) and an angel investor. Jared majored in political science at Columbia University. He is married with two children and lives in Brooklyn.

• ​Grace Carney joined Union Square Ventures in January 2023. Grace grew up in England before moving to the US to study Social Studies at Harvard. She began her career at Bain, where she spent time working on consumer products, healthcare, and technology diligence. Before USV, Grace worked in climate strategy at Silver Lake Partners.
