About Event

To help Singapore enterprises in this endeavour, the Singapore Tripartite Advisory on Mental Well-being at Workplaces was issued in Nov 2020 to provide practical guidance and resources that employers can adopt to support their employees’ mental well-being.

While acknowledging the prevalence and impact of mental health in the workplace is the first step, what should Singapore enterprises do to better understand & support the holistic wellbeing (including physical, social, financial, emotional, and mental health) of their workforce.

With employee mental health directly impacting workplace productivity, presenteeism and the overall organisation culture, it is in the best interest of the Business and HR leaders to create a healthier and happier hybrid workforce.

  • Showcase best practices of organisations who are “walking the talk” in promoting holistic employee wellbeing  by leveraging technology

  • Understand how technology can be leveraged to deliver a customised employee wellbeing program

  • Hands-on exercises to design a employee well being program

Our expert speaker panel includes:

  • Marion Neubronner, Senior Assistant Director - NUS Medicine International Council at NUS

  • Caleb Tan, Senior Manager  - Mental Health Innovation, MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation
