About Event

Join us for this month's Tech on Tap networking night to connect, share, and be inspired. Alexandra Raymond will lead an engaging discussion that combines personal storytelling and practical strategies that help us view diversity as a critical asset in innovation strategy and design.

Learn:

  • How inclusive product design can uncover untapped market opportunities and drive user growth.

  • A practical framework to spot exclusion risks in your product before they become business risks.

  • Real-world examples of how high-growth startups used inclusion to differentiate and scale.

From finance to technology to strategic leadership, Alexandra Raymond has built a career at the intersection of innovation and business transformation.

As a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Scrum Master, she understands the complexities of financial operations, agile project management, and scaling businesses effectively.

Alexandra’s journey began in finance, where she developed a strong analytical foundation, working with teams to optimize financial strategies and streamline operations. Her passion for efficiency and problem-solving led her to the world of technology and product management, where she’s helped organizations implement scalable solutions and agile frameworks that drive growth.

Tech on Tap is a free networking night for the tech and innovation community hosted by the City of Glendale's Economic Development Division. Open to all who are curious about tech, this monthly series brings together interesting people to connect, learn, and grow.
