About Event

My style is rhythmic, playful and focuses on making you feel safe and comfortable in your body.

Each Vinyasa yoga class involves dynamic movement paired with the rhythm of your breath. I switch up the sequences in each class, so in time you’ll run into new postures and flows, learning more about yourself through each practice. 

When you come to one of my yoga classes, all I hope is that you get to learn a little more about yourself through unravelling pre-existing ideas and re-discovering all the unique things you are capable of. 

Join me on Wednesday nights at 5:15 pm for movement, connection and community.
