About Event

Hey everyone,

this event will include a guided Mindfulness Meditation.
It will be held in the beautiful Rapoldipark in Innsbruck if the weather is nice!
If the weather is bad it will be postponed to another date.

Take something with you to sit on (a mat or a blanket) and if you need: probs for your meditation seat! (Blankets, Bolsters, Cushions etc.)
