10:00 AM - 10:30 AM → Registration
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM → Welcome Address & Event Introduction
10:45 AM - 03:00 PM → Hacking Phase
03:00 PM - 03:30 PM → Shortlisting 10 Teams for Demos
03:30 PM - 04:45 PM → Team Demos (6 min per team)
04:45 PM - 05:00 PM → Award Ceremony
Rules and Regulations
1. Team Composition
Teams can consist of 1 to 4 members.
If you are participating in a team, please fill details of all team members in one single response.
2. Maximum Participants
A total of 150 participants will be accepted based on their previous hackathon activities and GitHub profile activity.
3. Eligibility
Any participant with a valid GitHub profile and portfolio is eligible for the hackathon.
4. Project Submission
All projects must be submitted by the specified deadline.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Projects made prior to the hackathon will not be accepted.
Participants must submit a valid GitHub repository link created on the day of the hackathon.
5. Judging Criteria
Projects will be judged based on:
Innovation
Creativity
Impact
Functionality
Design (UI/UX)
Presentation
A panel of judges will evaluate projects, and their decisions will be final.
In case of conflicts, the organizers and judges will make the final decision.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants must maintain professionalism and respect towards fellow participants and organizers.
Harassment or discrimination will lead to immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.
Participants must wear ID cards at all times.
By entering the venue, participants consent to being photographed for promotional purposes.
If any participant has issues with being photographed, they must inform the organizers immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
Participants retain ownership of their projects.
However, by entering the hackathon, participants grant organizers the right to use project information for promotional purposes.
8. Disqualification
Teams violating rules or engaging in unethical practices (e.g., plagiarism) will be disqualified.
Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Medical emergencies must be reported immediately.
Participants with a body temperature above 100°F will not be allowed.
Violating this rule results in immediate disqualification.
