August Consultants Call

​Our regular monthly consultants call with a bit of a different agenda.

​​We'll be doing a lean coffee style agenda using https://scrumlr.io/.

​​5 minutes - generate ideas/topics that people want to talk about

​​5 minutes (or less) - vote on topics

​​and then we'll discuss the topics in order from most voted to least.

​​The last 10-ish minutes, we'll move into smaller breakout groups so that people can discuss a few topics in a smaller group (if it makes sense).
