The Land Collective is a social enterprise focused on creating pathways into property and the built environment sector for young people from underrepresented backgrounds. We do this through employability programmes, community and employer-focused events.
After years of supporting young people into the industry, we saw a clear gap: once someone 'gets in', the real questions begin and it can often feel as though support becomes harder to find, the more you grow in your career. Many young professionals feel lost in that in-between phase, unsure of their next step, how to grow with confidence, or how to stay visible and relevant in their workplace.
