Before starting the firm, he was on the Talent function at Paradigm, where he supported early- and growth-stage crypto startups with all things recruiting. His prior experience includes consulting with teams like 0x Labs and Jump Trading, executive search in infrastructure companies, as well as VC experience with Purple Arch Ventures.

​Karl Schumacher: Karl is a Talent Consultant at Bull Moose Consulting. Previously, he was a consultant at Blueprint Talent Group where he ran recruiting and business development initiatives at companies including Jump Trading, Squint AI, Sparx, and Prodigy.
