​Untapped Power! When you start your business, you know somewhere deep down that you can do this and are destined for greatness. You have the energy, creativity, power within you to create something GREAT. Now - sometimes we forget this power in everyday life. This session is here to help you remember, own it, and anchor it within your body. Let's do this!!!

​​This self-care circle is for business owners to come together. We will ease in with an Instinctive Meditation practice, then take time to journal with prompts relating to the topic. There will be time to share (totally optional) and then we will integrate the practice with an easeful Yoga movement session (all levels welcome). Bring a yoga mat, a journal, and an open heart.
