​By attending Designers, Founders, & Creators Meetup @ Adobe MAX ("the Event"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

You voluntarily assume all such risks and responsibilities.

• ​Release of Liability: You release and discharge the Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether for personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, arising out of or related to your participation in the Event.

• ​Photography and Videography: You grant the Event organizers the right to use your image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or other media without compensation or approval.

• ​Cancellation or Modification: The Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of nature, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. 

• ​Personal Property: The Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Please take necessary precautions to secure your belongings.

• ​Alcohol and Drug Policy: You agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. The use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited at the Event.

• ​Jurisdiction and Venue: Any disputes arising from or related to the Event shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal action must be filed in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County.
