About Event

In this session, we will try to discover how the Design Thinking framework can be used as a learner-centric approach and can inform our decisions and the way we design. We will explore the following questions:

What if we used Personas to understand our learners needs and skill gaps?
What should we tweak?
What if we created Journey maps to design not only the contents and activities, but also the feelings we want our students to go through?

If we think of our jobs as (Learning) Experience Designers, there’s more to uncover that can drive motivation and engagement.

Mara Golzman is a Learning Designer based in Argentina with almost 10 years of experience. She has a BA in Education and a specialization in Learning Technologies and Human Centered Design. Mara has worked creating idea marathons based on the Design Thinking Framework for over 10 organizations and companies, for a wide range of audiences. She believes in the power of education to drive change and wants to have impact. Mara loves learning new things, so she is currently studying Data Analysis.
