Due to the nature of the world we live in, experiencing social anxiety has become a greater issue for most individuals–and you may not even recognize it.

In this session delivered by Shift Therapist, Arpita Parikh, we will explore in-depth what social anxiety is and looks like, then discuss ways to navigate and manage it.

By the end of the session, you will:

1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of what "social anxiety" looks and feels like
2. Be able to recognize when social anxiety is becoming problematic to your mental health and day-to-day life
3. Be provided with coping strategies that will assist you in navigating and managing your social anxiety symptoms
