About Event

Getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Does the sound of your alarm clock annoy you? Are your mornings filled with dread, apathy, or simply a lack of enthusiasm for the day to come? If this hits home, this upcoming webinar is for you! It’s hard to stay motivated, and harder still as we enter the winter months with darker days, longer nights and colder (much colder!) weather. However, a few shifts in routine and mindset can help you wake up on the right side of the bed when motivation falters.

In this webinar, Shift psychotherapist, social worker, and mental health researcher Isayah Alman will talk about cultivating motivated mornings with purposeful planning, time chunking, and behavioural activation techniques that have been proven to help regulate and maintain motivation and well-being.

By the end of the webinar, attendees will have a better understanding of:

  • How to kick bad habits with behavioural learning strategies

  • Time management techniques that activate your positive reward systems

  • Keep consistent with purposeful actions and a meaningful mindset

  • How to fail smart, take breaks, and build strategy into your self-care routine

All are welcome to join, register now to save your spot!
