About Event

What does self-Care mean to you? There is no 'right way' to practice your Self Care. Taking out time every day for things that bring you joy, we need to reframe how we view the interconnections between the different parts of our lives. By challenging your assumptions about self-care, you can find an approach that works for you.

Manah brings you an expert-led Self Care week with a different form of self-care each day. Each session can help you navigate your barriers to practicing self-care and begin to plan your own self-care regime. These are experiential sessions and are open for all!

Join us for a week-long series from 25th to 29th July, every day at 7 pm.
