​Tim Mak is the founder of Counteroffensive Pro, a trade publication based in Kyiv covering Ukrainian defense technology. A former U.S. Army medic, he's also been a journalist for more than 15 years. He's been reporting in Ukraine since just before the full-scale invasion in 2022. A former defense industry reporter for Politico Pro, he's also been a journalist for Politico, The Daily Beast and NPR.
