Nature Drawing At Elizabeth Street Garden

​NYC Nature Drawing Club in partnership with Index NYC will gather Sunday Sept 28th at the one and only Elizabeth Street Garden, the beloved public community green space in Little Italy that is currently under threat of total demolition. The Elizabeth Street Garden has nearly 200 years of history as an open green public space for New Yorkers. **In solidarity with the massive community-led efforts to save ESGarden, we will gather at the beautiful site to draw the magical space and join in solidarity to protect and preserve Elizabeth Street Garden for generations to come.

​All ages and family friendly. Free form, drop-in style drawing with basic art instruction available by two NYC Art Teachers if so desired. No art experience necessary or expectations, you could also just come join us to sit in the garden and learn about its history. Limited art materials provided including clipboards, coloring pages, pencils and paper.
