in honour of mental health awareness month and menstrual health awareness month, this won’t end me and your space with you are coming together to create a transformative virtual workshop designed to empower, educate, and support those navigating the complexities of endometriosis and menstrual health
join us for a guided experience where we’ll explore the deep connection between our mental and menstrual health through:

this safe and supportive space will be co-facilitated by faye, founder of your space with you, a holistic health coach and social worker passionate about creating reflective spaces for self-discovery and growth, and hannah marie, a trauma-informed practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex trauma, emotional healing, and nervous system regulation. as a registered social worker, counselor, and art therapist, hannah weaves together therapeutic arts, somatic practices, and embodied nervous system healing through her private practice, coming home to self, guiding others back to themselves
