We invite you to our one day, NVC event in El Sobrante

- Please bring something for yourself and something to share
- We will provide a light lunch

- Saying "No" - No is the Start of Connection
What to bring
For yourself
- Pens and Paper
- Something to sit on the floor inside (We will have some)
A hat and/or outdoor chair or blanket to sit outside. We will have some outside activities (We will have some chairs)
- Snacks - For yourself and to share if you want
The request will be for a fee of $25-$75 to cover our expenses on-site. No need to pay now. Also, your presence is a gift.
