​日本では味わう機会がほとんどない、エルサルバドルのコーヒーと国民食ププサを楽しみながら、ビットコインの国、エルサルバドルについて話しましょう。

​【イベント概要】

​2021年9月に世界に先駆けビットコインを法定通貨に採用したエルサルバドル。エルサルバドルという国の存在を初めて知った人も多いのでは？

​ビットコイナーの聖地となり、観光業が急成長中ですが、日本からは遠いこともあり、まだまだ未知の国。

​Bitcoin Tokyo 2024のために日本だけでなく世界のビットコイナーが東京に集結するこの機会に、エルサルバドルの知られざる魅力を紹介する「エルサルバドル・デー」を開催します。

​日本語、英語、スペイン語が飛び交うインターナショナルなイベントですが、日本語通訳が常駐するので安心してご参加ください。

​11:30 - 12:00　　エルサルバドル・コーヒー講座

​16年前から中米産コーヒーの輸入、焙煎販売を行う カフェテナンゴの代表カヤヌマさんがエルサルバドル産コーヒーの特徴やおすすめの淹れ方などを解説。

​エルサルバドル産コーヒーテイスティング（有料）あり。お気に入りが見つかれば、その場でコーヒー豆もお買い上げいただけます。

​12:00 - 12:30　　エルサルバドル観光案内

​世界有数のサーフスポット、地熱マイニングを可能にした火山など自然資源に恵まれた国のおすすめ観光情報、文化や特産品などを紹介。

​12:30 - 13:00 　エルサルバドル：ビットコイン前後

​ブケレ大統領の直轄機関 The National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) の Mario Flamenco氏が、ビットコイン採用が国にもたらした変化を解説。

​13:00 - 14:00　　ランチ

​エルサルバドルの国民食ププサをご用意（有料）。在日エルサルバドル大使館御用達の日本で唯一のププサ専門店 CAFE DINA の Dinaさんが、わざわざ山梨からププサを作りに来てくれます。本場の味をお楽しみください。

​14:00 - 14:30　　エルサルバドル・ボランティア活動報告

​上智大学のボランティアサークル Givers が、3 月に現地の公立学校で実施したビットコイン授業、ITスキル講座、空手などの日本文化体験会などの活動を報告。活動費の一部をビットコインで調達した体験談も紹介。　

​14:30 - 15:00　　エルサルバドルの次世代人材育成

​Plan₿ Network の Ajelex がビットコイン・テックスクール CUBO+、ビットコイン・ビジネススクール Plan ₿ Biz School など、エルサルバドルのビットコイン教育について紹介。日本からも受講可能なので、ぜひ受講検討ください。

​El Salvador, the Bitcoin nation. Let's discover what's going on with this hidden gem over their fantastic coffee and pupusas.

​Event Summary

​This is an international event where talks will be in Japanese, English, or possibly Spanish. There will be bilinguals, trilinguals to assist you if needed.

​11:30 - 12:00 El Salvador Coffee tasting

​Mr. Kayanuma, the owner of Cafe Tenango, which has been importing, roasting, and selling Central American coffee for 16 years, will explain the characteristics of El Salvadoran coffee and his recommendations on how to brew it.

​El Salvadoran coffee tasting is available (for a fee). If you find your favorite coffee, you can purchase the beans on the spot.

​12:00 - 12:30 El Salvador Tourism

​Blessed with natural resources such as world-class surf spots and volcanoes that enable geothermal mining, El Salvador has a lot to offer. Still relatively low key, but probably not for long.

​12:30 - 13:00 El Salvador: Before and After Bitcoin

​Mario Flamenco of The National Bitcoin Office (ONBTC) will walk you through the changes the country experienced since adopting Bitcoin.

​13:00 - 14:00 Lunch

​Pupusa, the soul food of El Salvador, will be served (for a fee). Dina from CAFE DINA, the only pupuseria in Japan and the purveyor for the Embassy of El Salvador, will join us all the way from Yamanashi to serve pupusas. Please enjoy the authentic taste.

​14:00 - 14:30 Sophia University El Salvador Project

​Givers, a volunteer circle of Sophia University, will report on their activities in El Salvador, including Bitcoin education, IT skill workshops, and Japanese culture experience they provided at local schools. They will also share a story of how they financed the PJ with Bitcoin donation using Geyser.　

​14:30 - 15:00 Bitcoin Education in El Salvador

​Ajelex at Plan₿ Network will introduce some of the educational initiatives including the Bitcoin tech school CUBO+ and the bitcoin business school Plan ₿ Biz School. These courses are partially online, so accessible from all over the world.
