​Mary’s Bio: 

​Mary Choi has been working for Kaiser Permanente for the past 22 years in various roles. She started her career doing research in cardiovascular and kidney disease. Since then, she has worked in health education, guideline development, nursing administration, executive
consulting, and most recently, in continuing medical education.

​Emily’s Bio:

​National Social Health Practice is based in the Office of the Chief Health Officer. I provide analytic consulting support from providing insights on the social needs of our KP population and opportunities to close social care gaps, to developing analytic strategies for our community health program initiatives and programs.
