• A gentle mix of Mobility, Yoga & Tai Chi-inspired exercises to elevate your daily well-being.
🧠 Mental Health Talk – 10 min
• An honest, supportive conversation on emotional health, stress management & slowing down.

• Let’s talk food, rest, balance, and what real recovery looks like in a fast world.
