He had to use the down R&D period of his decision support tools for agricultor, to fine-tune his offering and now delivers to over 10K agricultors through 120 customers, with a 90% reconduction rate. Xavier Leprince has been a Sustainability director, General Manager France & Benelux and other direction positions in health biotech for Syngenta, Pfizer and KPMG. He has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs and small companies on how to make business in R&D-heavy sectors. He’s very keen into innovation & circular economy and has now his own Goal Management Consulting firm. If someone should give you advice, it’s him.
