Does your team do annual strategic planning but 3-6 months later no one at the org knows what the goals or strategies are?
Does it turn out at the end of the following year that your organization hasn't achieved its primary goals?
Were your strategic plans predicated on things that changed, and now leadership is in disagreement about what to do next?
Has your team never done strategic planning before?
Many chiefs of staff are tasked with organizing and facilitating your leadership team's strategic planning sessions. In this event I will share with you several helpful ways to prepare for and run those sessions. We'll cover what strategic planning actually is, what kind of data can be helpful to collect beforehand, what kinds of questions to ask during the planning session, and what kinds of follow up you can do to help your team stay on track. We'll also set aside some time for you to apply some of those learnings to your own specific role and team.
