​An important question I ask people I meet is always - "Do you eat to live, or live to eat?"

If you live to eat, then I'm excited to introduce to you the first edition of our Monthly Food Critics Club, where we’re transforming casual dining into curated experiences that spark connection through the celebration and exploration of good food.

​For the first three months, we’re diving into the juicy world of burgers at Seattle’s finest spots. But this isn’t just about eating - we’re creating a space where food becomes the bridge to meaningful connections. Whether you’re a ketchup-and-pickles purist or a toppings trailblazer, this is your chance to explore the art of gathering one burger at a time.. 🍔❤️

⏰ Time: 7-8:30pm
💰 Cost: $20-30pp

​What to Expect:

1. ​Themed Conversations 🎭
   Each evening has a taste-inspired theme to guide our discussions. This month’s theme is UMAMI, the savory flavor that adds depth and richness to any dish.
   
   Conversation Starter:
   "Umami often deepens a flavor’s profile. Tonight, let’s share our personal “umami”—a story or experience that has added depth and richness to your life."
   

2. ​Burger Scorecards 📊
   Channel your inner food critic! We’ll have customized rating cards for you to score the burger on taste, creativity, texture, ambiance, and more.
   

3. ​Connections Over Cuisine 🤝
   Meet fellow foodies who share your love for great meals and great conversations. Who knows? You might leave with both a new favorite burger joint and new friends.

​Event Details:

• ​Capped at 12 Guests
  To keep conversations intimate and engaging, this event is limited to 2 tables of 6 attendees.
  

• ​Anti-Flaking Policy
  Flaking is not a topping we like. Guests must update their RSVP at least 48 hours before the event start time if they can't make it. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the $10 registration fee.
  

• ​Waitlist Option
  If the event is full, don’t worry! Join the waitlist, and we’ll reach out if spots open up.
