As Director of Talent Acquisition at Openly, Donnie Watson has over 20 years of recruiting experience spanning an array of industries. Initially, Donnie just “fell into” recruiting, but seeing the positive impact a Talent Acquisition team has on a business through the growth, success, and accomplishments of those individuals brought into the organization by himself and his team is what empowers him on his career journey.

Donnie leads his team with a mindset of all-around growth and quality. He constantly challenges his team to look for improvement while always keeping in mind the impact any changes may have on the candidate experience and other teams within the organization.

Hannah Pritchett, Head of People, Anthropic

Hannah Pritchett has worked in tech for almost 15 years leading teams in trust & safety, risk management, technical operations, and now recruiting and people. She's passionate about people management, operations, and finding patterns that connect disparate parts of a business.

Danyel Waller is a seasoned marketing and communications expert, boasting over six years of experience in enhancing employer branding and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives at some of the world's largest companies. As an Employer Brand Program Manager at Uber, she excels in refining talent attraction strategies, leveraging social media, employee advocacy, and paid media to their fullest potential. With a robust educational background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Development, Danyel is adept at developing data-driven strategies to attract top-tier talent and fortify employer branding, ensuring her company stands out in the competitive tech landscape.
