She Who Leads with Roots: A Día de los Muertos Reflection for Latina Leaders
As Latina women leaders, we lead not only with ambition—but with corazón, cultura, and the strength of those who came before us.
We often carry more than our titles suggest: the dreams of our families, the weight of representation, the pressure to prove, and the deep desire to create impact rooted in purpose.
This Día de los Muertos–inspired gathering invites you to slow down and reconnect to your roots through a guided ritual of reflection, storytelling, and self-honoring.
Together, we will:
🕯️ Honor the ancestors and past versions of ourselves that shaped who we are today
💼 Reflect on what we’ve outgrown or released in our leadership journeys
💃🏽 Celebrate our unique power as Latina women leading across industries
💌 Tap into cultural and ancestral resilience as fuel for what’s next
Bring a pen, journal, layers, a blanket or small camp chair, and an open mind and kind heart!
🍽️ Option to join dinner at a local restaurant after the event to continue the connection!
This is a space for tenderness and power—where community, tradition, and personal evolution meet! Come build community and healing with other Latinas!
