Organisational Design is more than how you structure your business. It is how you design it to achieve your goals. This includes how you structure your business, how you design your culture, the processes you put (and don’t put) in place, and how you define performance.
THIS IS NOT A WEBINAR. This is a round table for C-Suite members to discuss their challenges, their experience and to learn from each other.
How it works
Share Your Topic of Interest/Challenges: Leaders are encouraged to share their query or challenge linked to the Roundtable topic. This step helps ensure the discussion topics align directly with the group's interests and start-up issues. Whether it’s managing organisational change, navigating economic uncertainty, or optimising team performance, the collective experiences of the group help shape meaningful conversations that matter.
Selection: During the session, we’ll collectively review the chosen queries/challenges and select a few key areas to explore in greater depth. Our goal is to balance a mix of challenges and themes, ensuring you leave with a wealth of knowledge and potential solutions to take back to your business.
Discussion: The discussions are interactive and collaborative, focused on sharing insights, exploring best practices, and problem-solving in real-time. There will be an open dialogue where Leaders can ask questions, share their experiences, and offer support.
As a result, these discussions often lead to new strategies, and innovative solutions, and aim to foster a community amongst Leaders.
