Compass+Compendium Methods Session: Strategists/Planners

​Cygnus Ventures is building a Compass + Compendium platform that will make the process of building knowledge and making decisions so much smarter by matching the right method and framework to people's specific situations without bias or noise.

​​We are looking for ten strategists and planners to:

• ​​dissect the variables they look at when they consider a challenge, opportunity, plan or chorice

• ​​consider their most popular methods and frameworks as they look to tackle the road ahead

• ​​understand for what situations are these methods and frameworks preferred for

• ​​grade the effectiveness of these methods and frameworks

• ​​consider approaches and methods that remain as gaps or overlooked

• ​​look to involve in the future rollout of our Compass & Compendium platform
