​Amy is now the Founder and CEO of The Founder Coach, a coaching and training program designed to support startup founders from the seed stage through IPO. With a background as Y Combinator’s first Batch Director and in-house Founder Coach, Amy has extensive experience in guiding thousands of the world’s top startup founders. She is a licensed psychotherapist, bringing a unique blend of emotional intelligence and leadership skills to her coaching practice. Amy's program focuses on helping founders master their emotions, build high-trust relationships, and develop effective management and leadership skills. Her work has been instrumental in the success of numerous startups, providing founders with the tools and mindset needed to scale their companies effectively.
