This mindful experience will begin with a vinyasa flow, guiding you through meditation, sound healing, and deep stretches to restore balance. The session will culminate with an energizing ice-bath, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
* Please understand that this is a women-only event, only women will be approved for participation.
* Please prepare comfortable clothes for the yoga class and swim suit or short pants & extra t-shirt for the ice bath!
