​About the Instructor: Blakely has been a student of yoga for over 15 years and loves sharing the practice with others. As a teacher, she enjoys working with students of all levels, especially beginners, to help them experience the benefits of yoga and connect to their bodies through breath and movement. She embraces yoga as a supportive space for both mental and physical health.
