ABOUT CATHERINE WILK
Catherine Wilke is a plant medicine guide and microdose educator who helps others reconnect with their innate power through sacred plant medicine, ritual, and the energetics of feminine-led business. For over a decade, she worked with women
entrepreneurs, guiding them to build businesses rooted in authenticity and soul purpose—not just strategy and hustle.
After witnessing countless women teetering on the edge of burnout and sacrificing their health, personal lives, and self care for the sake of their business, Catherine shifted her focus to helping her clients step out of the masculine paradigm of business that prioritizes productivity, profit and the endless pursuit of more. She began teaching her clients how to lead from their passion and desire and to find “true alignment” with every decision and action they take on behalf of their business.
What began as a “closing chapter” in 2019 unfolded into a powerful initiation. A life-changing psychedelic journey in 2020 opened a portal to deeper healing and purpose, ultimately guiding her to weave together two worlds: the transformational potential of sacred plant medicine and the soul-driven energy of feminine entrepreneurship where she guides women who want to make a difference with their work remember who they are and what they came here to do.
In addition to her training as a psychedelic guide and Internal Family Systems practitioner, Catherine is the creator of “You are the Medicine” a series of four 8 week microdose programs each exploring the energetic signature of a different psychedelic medicine.
