PROPS: Foam roller, blocks, wall space, long strap.
Optional! Two bags of frozen peas to ice your hips-!!

Long, slow deep stretches for Flexibility. Feel the difference and see your flexibility grow, stretching before bed.
PROPS: Yoga mat or soft floor, blocks, straps, pillows and a wall.
CURVE BALL PROP: Occasionally we use a solid stool that can hold all of your weight with books on top to adjust the height to mid-thigh to waist.
