About Event

Join us for an insightful discussion on Business Ethics and Virtue.

This session is hosted in partnership with Venture Café Cambridge's Thursday Gathering Program. We are excited to welcome Vincent Ling, a distinguished leader in the biotech industry and Chief Business Officer at Morphocell, who will lead a thought-provoking conversation with Peter Pin, President, and William Bowman, Co-Founder & CEO of Arete Consulting Corp.

Together, they will delve into critical questions, including:

  • What does it truly mean to establish a company grounded in virtue?

  • Is there a financial impact associated with integrating virtue into business operations?

  • How can individuals cultivate virtuous behavior in their personal and professional lives?

  • Have you ever faced the temptation to compromise your ethics in practice?

  • In what ways can a company with virtuous employees leverage this as a competitive advantage in the marketplace?

  • How do virtuous practices enhance employee retention, satisfaction, and overall productivity?
