Her work played a key role in supporting the company’s $100M dollar acquisition by Quadient. She then took on a global role, scaling those systems across international R&D teams and aligning product, engineering, and compliance across multiple regions.
At Unbounce, she matured and evolved the company’s data team, focusing on trust, usability, and alignment with business goals. Across roles, Tracy has delivered predictive KPIs, rebuilt core SaaS platforms, modernized ERP systems, and led secure, compliant tech organizations grounded in measurable outcomes.
