​In this modern world, men are often told how they should be—how to act, how to feel, how to contain. This evening is an invitation to let all of that go.

​To step into a space where movement is your language, where expression is welcome, and where connection is felt beyond words.

​​FAQ

​​​Do I need to know how to dance?
Absolutely NOT! This is a space to express yourself freely.

​​​I've never done something like this, is this weird?
Come with an open mind and a desire to play!
The main goal is to BE YOURSELF !

​​​Are there any rules?
As any ecstatic dance journey, we will dance barefoot.
It is also an alcohol- and drug-free event!
And of course, consent is fundamental if you want to engage with anyone else.

​​​Should I eat before coming?
We recommend eating a light meal that won't affect your capacity to move. If you bring any snacks, please remember we are a vegan space.

​​​How should I dress?
Comfortable clothes for you to move and dance.
You might want to bring clothes to change afterward, if you like.
