Background

The meaningful conversations are embedded in the first part of our Soul-driven leadership courses, which are centred around the concepts of trust, hope, solidarity and unity.

In the first course, the participants develop a new language to think and talk about organisational transformation. Meaningful conversations constitute the heart of this transformation. They are a place for co-workers to create relationships of trust within a team and reach a deeper understanding of any relevant topic.
