​​Fiorenza Rossini is a professional coach specialising in leadership and career development. She also designs and facilitates impactful sessions on leadership, career transitions, cross-cultural communication and creating cultures of belonging.

​​Fiorenza is the host of The Belonging Project Podcast, where she explores the many dimensions of belonging in modern work and life through honest, thought-provoking conversations.

​​Before becoming a coach, Fiorenza spent over a decade in Investment Banking, leading change programmes and working across business management, operations and regulatory projects.
