​Lumus is hosting another community event, this time with amazing Ulyana Shtybel, Ph.D, Co-Founder and CCO of High Castle, ex-Executive Director of the Representative Office in Ukraine of Warsaw Stock Exchange, a nominee of The Women in FinTech Powerlist 2021.

​What to expect?

​Part 1: In 45 minutes, Ulyana will walk us through the exit opportunities for private investors. We will cover:

• ​What does push companies to go for an IPO?

• ​Why are companies deciding to go public much later nowadays?

• ​What are the exit opportunities for investors in private companies?

• ​Explanation of the different types of investors

• ​How do secondary markets operate?

​Part 2: 20 minutes for Q&A and open discussion about the topic

​Part 3: 20 minutes for the Ukrainian pitch-night!

​Together with Ulyana (who is 🇺🇦), we have decided to help Ukrainian startups that are currently raising to reach the right investors. We will be selecting 3 Ukrainian startups and giving them space (5 minutes each) for a pitch. You are invited to listen, ask questions and get to know the founders.

​We have decided to charge for this event to support Ukrainian people. Lumus is donating 100% of the funds raised from the sales of the tickets to Nova Ukraine - organisation providing food, medical and personal hygiene supplies, as well as baby care items, to support the people who call Ukraine home.
