Join me for a deep dive into the feet and ankles!
In this workshop, we'll explore different ways to maintain health and mobility in our feet and ankles. You will learn the fundamentals of self-myofascial release, specifically in the calf, to help promote functional movement and prevent injury. You will leave with several exercises to implement into your movement practice and a deeper understanding of how to promote joint mobility using simple techniques.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who is ready to think outside of the box when it comes to movement, and level-up their self-care routines.
This workshop is hosted in collaboration with Ember & Ice, nestled in nature just above Eben G. Fine Park and Boulder Creek. Option to sauna + cold plunge after the workshop (included in ticket purchase)!
