The Winter Solstice, occurring around June 21 in the Southern Hemisphere, marks the longest night and the shortest day of the year. This astronomical event has been celebrated by cultures around the world for centuries, symbolising the rebirth of the Sun and the promise of new light 🌞
This celebration honours ancient traditions while bridging spirituality into our everyday lives. It's designed for modern mystics and those who wish to make spirituality a part of their daily routine. You don't have to be a witch or a spiritualist to join— simply come to connect with community and celebrate the change of season as our ancestors did. 🌿
About the Yule perfume oil by Serpentine Scents
Yule marks the winter solstice which falls on the shortest day and longest night of the year. A time to acknowledge the darkness and feeling a sense of optimism as we journey towards the light. The light in this instance represents the sun, as it begins to make it’s the descent of winter. Yule represents a period of introspection, reflection and illumination. We are rising from the wintery dark depths of the underworld towards the inevitable light of spring. The death before rebirth phase.
