​La quinta edición de TECHNO YOGA con live DJ en el espacio increíble de Santo Amor (Calle Francisco Ricci 11, Madrid)!
La clase de yoga será multinivel, principiantes bienvenidxs.

​Horario:

​11h-12h Clase de yoga estilo vinyasa

​12h-13h Tiempo para socializar, tomarte un té , pista de baile

​Qué traer:
- Ropa cómoda con capas
- Mente y corazón abierto :)
- Hay esterillas en el espacio, pero si prefieres puedes traer la tuya

*No se permiten cancelaciones/reembolsos, pero, si no puedes asistir de último momento, podrías dar tu entrada a un amigx.

​The fifth edition of TECHNO YOGA with live DJ in the beautiful space at Santo Amor (Calle Francisco Ricci 11, Madrid)!
Newbies of the yoga and the techno world are welcome :)

​Schedule:

​11h-12h Dynamic vinyasa style yoga class

​12h-13h Time to have a tea, socialize and dance!

​What to bring:
- Comfortable, layered clothing (you will sweat for the dynamic vinyasa, but will probably want a sweater for the nidra)
- An open heart and mind :)
- All yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
