The Good Circle | Pilot: #01 The stories we share
What is The Good Circle?
We're the first women-led product design community in Singapore, for women.
Join us in our pilot meet-up, where we come together to connect as fellow humans!
We believe that community is key to amplifying women. In its infancy, The Good Circle hopes to drive greater visibility for women, with the intention to close the gap, particularly in leadership.
We also focus on underrepresented groups such as women of minority races and neurodivergent women. We hope to be an engine for an inclusive culture in tech, where people can show up to work as their authentic selves.
🌱 #01: The stories we share
When was the last time you talked to someone at work, and shared your authentic experiences? In our pilot meet-up, we invite all female product designers to join and enjoy a night of being human together.
In line with this, we are proud to present three wonderful humans, to share their stories with us.

The power of starting something together
Hsuan and Adilah, founders of the Kiasu Design Life Podcast, will share how simply being open thrusts them towards starting something they both believe in. Hailing from different backgrounds and upbringings, hear how they embrace and turn their identities into self-empowerment.
Hsuan is a digital product designer focusing on product strategy and data-driven design. A trusted ally of developers and PMs, she loves navigating complex systems and processes, identifying the right problems to solve, and crafting thoughtful experiences to uplift the value of design in organizations.
Adilah is a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience creating and improving responsive websites for small business, startups and SMEs. A reliable and easy going person to work with, she has a good record of working in teams and independently.
Designer in the Spiderverse
What’s it like being a designer? What would we like it to be like? And how do we bring more of ourselves into the work we do? Think of this as less of a talk and more of a conversation on what being a human and a designer is like, and how we can show up more fully wherever we are.
Suanne is that odd designer in government working on partly (or wholly) non-digital projects like a 2040 vision of tourism in Singapore. She is fascinated by Behavioural Science, Organisational Design, Slow Tech, and how humanness shapes our outcomes.
Toby is a Product Designer who firmly believes in design as a tool, to nudge organisations towards making better decisions for humans.
She can often be found practicing the art of Tsundoku, where she finds herself buying new books before she has finished her current ones.
