Lucy Wark | Founder | Normal
Lucy Wark is the founder of NORMAL, an Australian sexual wellness brand launched in 2021 to give everyone the information, confidence and tools to explore their sexuality. NORMAL makes a range of shame-free, beautiful modern toys and essentials, to support the creation of free, inclusive and evidence-based digital sex education resources (their introductory course, The Modern Guide to Sex, is now used in over 40 countries).
Lucy studied social science at university and began her career in management consulting before moving into the startup world. She also runs online cohort-based courses for operators, investors and founders on strengthening their negotiation skills through theory, practical simulations and greater self-awareness.

Niamh Mooney | Founder | Software Skin
Niamh Mooney is the founder of Software, a teledermatology platform that connects patients with doctors to help treat acne, signs of ageing and pigmentation using personalised, prescription-grade formulas that are designed to address specific skin concerns.
Software aims to democratise dermatology, making clinically backed formulas and clinical-grade advice, more accessible for all Australians.

Marina Wu | Cofounder | Earlywork
Marina is the co-founder of Earlywork, the fastest, fairest pathway to begin a career in tech. Earlywork became a household name in the tech community through its Slack community and now, the team is building APAC's first tech sales bootcamp with a job guarantee, Earlywork Academy.
Marina has spent most of her career deeply involved in the startup & tech ecosystem in Sydney, working at early-stage startups, growth-stage companies and venture capital. Before going all-in on Earlywork, she was a Product Manager at Finder, building the company’s newest product, the Finder app.
She has also led the student-run not-for-profit, Generation Entrepreneur, empowering high school students with entrepreneurship programs.

Jess Walker | Programs and Community Manager | AirTree
Jess has seen many sides to the startup ecosystem in ANZ. From founding a business, acquisition, to an Investment Associate, Angel Investor and now managing programs at AirTree.
She runs the Angel Investment AirTree Explorer Program and the Pioneers Community, helping women and diverse genders become VC back-able. Jess is also a Non-Executive Director at Sydney's largest startup co-working space, Fishburners.
