About the teacher
Anne is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP), 250-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT), and professional certified coach. A former fashion executive turned mindfulness guide, she brings warmth, humor, and real-world wisdom from her training with renowned teachers like Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, and the Nalanda Institute. Her journey from boardrooms to meditation cushions reminds us that transformation is possible, one breath at a time.
