What is this series all about?
After the success of the first edition in 2024, we're back with a new and improved 'Toolkit' for the Portfolio Careers in Asia community. "Toolkit for the Successful Fractional Leader" event series - Edition2 is run by two of our most dynamic members Jinnee Lim and Sugasini Kandiah. Designed to equip fractional leaders with essential skills, strategies, and resources for success in today's dynamic business world.

Whether you're exploring fractional leadership or taking your first steps as a fractional leader, this series provides valuable insights and practical tools by experts to help you excel in your career. If you're not a PCA member yet, please apply here. Membership is open to senior professionals in Asia.
What to Expect:
Starting on March 19, 2025, this monthly online event series offers expert-led sessions, panel discussions and networking opportunities. Each session is carefully curated to address key aspects of fractional leadership, including client management, sales strategies, remote work optimization, and professional growth.
Do note that you will need to register for each sessions individually to receive a calendar invite. We encourage you to attend every session since they are all essential building blocks to a successful fractional career.
