Headstand or sirsasana is rightfully called the king of asanas! This pose makes you marvel at a person’s flexibility and balance. After all, seeing someone balancing their entire body weight on their head is quite fascinating. But it isn’t as easy to do, and you cannot master this pose overnight. But once you do and practice it regularly, this pose can benefit your health in so many ways!

Can I join, if I have never practiced yoga or any inversion pose before ?
Yes, absolutely. We all start from somewhere. When I first started to practice headstand I have failed and struggled many times and I thought, I would never make it upside down but here I am. Just show up for yourself and that's enough. The practice is designed to be accessible for all levels.
2. What should I get to this workshop?
Come with your yoga mat and with your enthusiasm to learn this practice.
3. Should I come empty stomach or can I have my breakfast before coming to the workshop?
You can have your breakfast but would suggest if you can keep 2 to 3 hours of gap before coming to the workshop.
