Printed or digital copy of a full COVID-19 vaccination, with the final vaccine dose received on or before November 15th, 2021. Full name on proof of vaccination must match your physical photo ID.
Printed or digital copy of a negative COVID-19 test result obtained 72 hours before the event. Proof of negative test must match your physical photo ID. Visit houstonemergency.org/covid-19-testing/ for free testing site information. NOTE: Lab testing can take 1-3 days to receive your results so please schedule your test ahead of time.
Masks will be highly encouraged, regardless of vaccination status, inside and outside the building, except while actively eating and/or drinking.
